Admiring my new working desk. Well it's not exactly new, I just happened to reposition my room last night after I came home from work. As I slowly categorise and arrange things, I found that I'm such a Mickey Mouse freak. I actually have lots more but I placed some of it in my office.
I love that I can stick lots of cards & posters on the wall but it seems that my OCD just won't let me do that now.

So CNY is over. I have the busiest schedule after I came back to the city. I can't find time to do my own things. So much to follow up, goddd! And the worst part is lots of my weekend plans got screwed up but it's okay. I got to spend time with my bitch and we start visiting cafes again.
I'm secretly a fan of Thai foods. I'd always go for fried fish, morning glory and tomyam soup(how can you possibly miss this right!) We went to this my Elephant thai restaurant @ Happy Mansion SS17. I really enjoyed my dinner there, and the drinks are nice! I wish my stomach is big enough, just imagine how both of us girls managed to finish all the foods above.

P/s: I love how my hair has that natural wave that day.
Thanks bitch for the dinner treat! After dinner we went for coffee @ Standing Theory, SS2.

I like to observe people especially when I'm alone. I always feel captivated as I watch their different facial expressions. The faces of joy, anger, hopefulness, sadness and helplessness.. My favourite one would be watching the kids. They're just so pure and innocent. Sometimes they're just too naughty you feel like want to give them a punch in the face, or reach out your foot as they run to make them trip. I love to see the elderly too. Their wrinkles look like there's a lot of stories to tell.

Goodbye 2013, you have been nice to me. :)
For the n-times saying this, I'm glad and thankful for people who have made me become who I am today, no matter close friends or people whom I've chose to walk away from their life. A little advice for myself: do not be too emotional and sensitive. Learn to let go. Be contented and grateful all the time. Do not hold grudges. Take life as it goes. Last year has taught me so much about being happy and to stay positive. True happiness is priceless. Take obstacles as they are opportunities in life. God gives you shit because He thinks you're strong enough to handle it. This is what I always tell myself. At the same time some spiritual support from family & friends is undoubtedly important and helpful.
So 2014 will be another year of learning, making memories, experimenting, growing(old, hopefully more mature) and embracing new friends. If you ask me what do I looking forward to achieve? I would say I only want to focus on my job and ART, I want this year to be a breakthrough year for my career. I wish to try and explore more, never be afraid to make more mistakes so that I can improve better. I also long for new knowledges and new explorations in life. There's just so so much to discover, to learn and to adapt.
I hope this year will be another wonderful year ahead to myself, same goes to whoever reading this.
Much love x

1- The biggest postcard EVER, even bigger than my "London Bus"
2- The sweetest postcard that's full of words
3- The not-so-typical postcard design aka most unique postcard of the year!

Dear Diary
After hearing so much about this place(and pictures), finally we're here. We did pass by the branch in Siam Center as we explore around but I insisted to make it to the main branch at Thong Lor. Once I got in, I immediately go up the stairs to check out the second floor. It's like entering the world of Alice. I have to say I'm a lil disappointed because I expected the space to be really big. I feel like a gigantic monster crashing in the house of dwarfs and fairies. It was such tiny space with low ceiling up there, as soon as I started to feel suffocated, I decided to get down, get a seat and start looking at the menu for foods.
Everything in the cafe from furnitures and interior decorations, serving teapots and cups etc are all custom made with Mr Jones' Orphanage label. Totally love the vintage teapots and cups that we feel like stealing them home!
